100 Davenport

Location – 100 Davenport Road, Toronto, ON
Status – Site Plan Approval Submitted 2021

Following extensive discussions with the the City of Toronto Planning staff and local residents, the project has been redesigned as a 19 storey luxury condominium building. The design provides a transition between the low rise apartment neighborhood to the north and high rise buildings to the south, while also respecting angular planes and shadow impact to the exiting built context.
